This is exactly why foreign terrorism has gone down in the US. Even a foreign idiot can see that Trump has been their best bang for their buck in terms of dividing America, reinforcing their worldview of dictatorships, getting America to back away from the world, and destroying our economy.

Trump has done more for Al Qaeda and ISIS than Bin Laden and Baghdadi could have ever dreamed.

When Trump took office border crossings were already down 90%. Why do you morons literally lie about everything ? The most dangerous cities are located in Republican states

Interesting - no one in the city of Chicago interacts with the state police?

If you want to use cities we can - OKC, Miami, Jacksonville and Tulsa.

Will you be fine with with a Democratic President sending in troops in those towns because the mayor and governor's of those cities and state cannot control crime?

It's curious that there are troops deployed on the Mall, around monuments, in front of federal buildings, and in other areas of DC that have been considered safe since even before I lived there from 1985-1994. Why is that?

Well, I think it's either to give a visual to visitors or because it puts a lot of troops within a short run/drive of the White House. Maybe both. Makes you wonder what else they are thinking about doing. Most presidents get by with Secret Service protection and don't need a palace guard.

(In my years there, I would walk and bike from Capital Hill to Logan Circle, Dupont Circle, Woodley Park, and Georgetown at all hours. I'd jog the Mall at 10 PM and walk to Eastern Market at any time. Had a regular Saturday afternoon basketball game in Anacostia. I never felt unsafe in any of those places. I did have my bike stolen once, but that was it. Caveat: I'm a big guy--6'2" and 235 at the time though I've lost some height and gained some weight since. None of my women friends had the nighttime freedom I had, but that was just being a woman in a world of predatory men and is a universal experience in the US. Overall, DC has become much safer since my time there.)

It may serve as a legal defense strategy against litigation. Federal law permits stationing troops on federal property for protective purposes, provided they remain in stationary guard roles rather than engaging in civilian law enforcement.

This approach effectively uses legitimate legal frameworks to justify resource allocation that serves political objectives rather than public safety needs.

Austin police have identified 32-year-old Ethan Nieneker as the man accused of killing three people in a shooting outside a Target store on Monday.

Authorities say Nieneker shot employee Hector Leopoldo Martinez Machuca as he collected shopping carts.

He then opened fire on a Toyota SUV, killing 65-year-old Adam Chow and his 4-year-old granddaughter while Chow’s wife looked on. Police say Nieneker fled in the victims’ vehicle, later carjacking more cars, assaulting drivers, and engaging in erratic behavior before being arrested later.

KVUE reported that “according to Travis County Jail records, Nieneker faces charges of capital murder by terror threat, capital murder of a person under 10 years of age and first-degree murder.” A review of Nieneker’s Facebook account shows a pattern of sharing right-wing political memes, including one that promoted guns.

Where is the outrage? Can’t even shop at Target anymore

Sure, because MAGA freaks like this guy & many others like Stephen Paddock in Vegas who go on inhuman MAGA killing sprees get their MAGA credentials downplayed on purpose - even before the regime took over

It makes less murderous MAGA freaks like @Commodore and @Os Trigonum upset - when you note that MAGA freaks are a malignant cancer that metastasize and kill

I'd be shocked if Mike Lee has ever gone east of Capitol Hill, much less east of the Anacostia river.

The dangerous parts of the Republican states are the parts where the Democrats live and where the Democrats run the police department. PA/Philadelphia, MI/Detroit, WI/Milwaukee -- all great examples of red states with some high crime blue-run areas.

    GOOD DAY
