It’s less a belief than it is a service they are providing to the MAGA machine. I think it's a combination of just plain gullible people who still believe Trump tells them the truth, the lazy ones who don't fact check anything before sharing it, and the types you mention who don't care if it's truth or not, but spread it like wildfires to hopefully get another gullible fool to believe the BS.
