Why aren't you citing that this came from a tweet by Charlie Kirk? You're not claiming this as your own, are you? You did change the word 'obliterated' to 'slaughter' [sic], so you've got that going for you.
Some of your points above would depend on whether you are a conservative or liberal. The first one, for example. That's only an accomplishment to those who favor conservative values. Which is not all Americans. Also, some of your achievements are a carryover from the previous administration. The jobs, for example. President Trump has not been in office long enough to take credit for a jobs trends that has been improving for several years. You would need to cite specific policies that President Trump has enacted in order to give him credit. It is not enough for him to be the President at the time something happens. So, for the ISIS example, there would need to be specific directives issued by Trump which led to this. If he is merely continuing the same policies as the prior administration, then he cannot take credit. President Trump, though, seems to take credit for things that simply happen under his watch (e.g. airplane safety) regardless of whether he did anything to affect that. You have some points above, but you're also including items with no cause-effect, then titling your thread "President Trump is Making America Great Again."
When someone has little capability for original thought or doesn't have enough knowledge to present a coherent case in writing, they copy/paste from another website and pretend it's their own. It's what he does.
My understanding is that "slaughter" describes the "laughter" of the entire world at our Embrassment-in-Chief. Makes sense in that context. "President Donald J Dipshit is getting slaughterd..."
