Sincerely speaking but what's the difference between MAGATS and the 1930s German population?

That has nothing to do with what Orange Julius Caesar is talking about right now.

    Stay on target.

Side note, the Panama museum in old town is free and interesting for an hour, the canal tour is great, and Panama is great in general. Lots of expats there, very international city.

We're close allies and I don't expect any military intervention. Panama just ended the Belt and Roads Initiative with China, pissing off the CCP greatly, and they've been helping with US immigration starting at the final year of Biden. They've even kicked it up more with Trump.

So this military intervention stuff, I don't know. It's doing something, but not necessarily good. Panama just bought 4 new fighter jets. Good for Embrajer, but not sure who else that helps. Maybe symbolic.

Trump has no strategic angle to anything. He's just an idiot. He's making the entire world hate us for literally no reason other than trolling. I'm overseas and most foreigners are taking Trump by his word. Americans think it's just normal that their leader trolls but its not. It's deranged and the entire world is flipping

Panama City, and the country in general, is ****ing awesome. I could live there.

Like you said, we're buddies (use the dollar and all too) so I'm not sure why the US is picking a fight.

Kind of funny. China's BRI is their answer to the US's USAID. We shut down USAID voluntarily. The CCP happily takes the unforced error.

    Inside the American Liberal's mind:

GOOD: Endless war, killing, suffering and financial ruin in Ukraine... a place that paid Biden's family millions via corruption.

BAD: Jawboning a country (Panama) that has reneged on promises and defaulted on agreements which impact global commerce, American industry, and the cost of imported products (inflation).

No wonder the Democrats got voted out of power all across this country. And they still lack the capacity to see how Trump negotiates. He did write a best-selling book on the topic... worth a read for the American liberal -- can they even grasp the concepts?

    GOOD DAY

There is a problem with discussing it openly as an attempt to bully and threaten.

So I'm one of the few that think USAID is strategically helpful to US soft power, plus CIA embeds with them all the time. That stated, Panama ended their China partnership after Trump. I think we're paying Panama a lot directly, like El Salvador. I think Biden started it and Trump upped it. If China gets back in, then that will be a bad sign for Trump. We should have sold them the fighter jets.

I was trying to make the point that this administration is somewhat schizophrenic. They are clearly concerned about China's BRI influence on Panama, yet they withdraw from the world stage (e.g., dismantling USAID), allowing the BRI to grow and become more influential elsewhere.

What is the endgame for all this “making Canada the 51st state” talk? That’s not happening unless we straight up invade and take them over, so what is the purpose of this buffoonery that nobody was asking for? Is taking over Canada part of Project 2025?

maybe I’m still giving him too much credit, but not even he’s dumb enough to start an actual war with Canada…at least with Iraq, u could lie to the American people and tell them that they were the ones who attacked us 1st

No, I don't think it was part of Project 2025.

He stated it. He's after Canada's rich resources. He also stated the method - economic warfare.

Maybe he'll back off at some point when the U.S. suffers greatly, and it will suffer, as in warfare, both sides will suffer. But who knows.

He is just a straight up bully; IMO he uses these tactics to help negotiation but all you really do is take one of our top allies and turn them against us...............the dude is a wanna be king, in just three months he has alienated us from our allies and made us look like an idiot.

There is no end game which is the most frustrating part about all of this. He's just trolling to troll while destroying our alliances and having other countries cancel defense contracts with the USA.

Its just pointless trolling which is destroying America's soft power
