Just a general thread to track Trump's attempt to be an authoritarian power. I mean, let's call it what it is at this stage.
The postal worker Trump used as proof that there was ballot tampering has recanted his affidavit and admitted to making it up. https://www.businessinsider.com/usp...republicans-recanted-accusations-wapo-2020-11
Trump's Tuesday massacre of the Pentagon. https://www.cnn.com/2020/11/10/politics/pentagon-policy-official-resigns/index.html
Trump files lawsuit to delay certification of Michigan's results https://www.freep.com/story/news/po...op-certification-election-results/6240698002/
Libs using Repug phrases to prove Con hypocrisy or Trump's projection are falling into the trap of legitimizing their patently false and manufactured framing. Another example is "court packing". That's why Trumpers believe the media lies or low watt dipshits like choada believe they're one step ahead...
While Republicans are very effective in using language (example calling the inheritance tax the death tax), Trump's support isn't just based on these words. It's based on a larger propaganda narrative about how the establishment has lead to the decline of America with bad trade deals and focusing on other countries over America. Immigrants over US citizens. etc. It's the narrative that has done the damage, not the marketing (which definitely helps). And that's why it is important to label what Trump is doing with the right language. A coup. And it's important that everyone start calling it for what it is - a coup. Trump's coup must not succeed.
Then why is Trump trying to overturn a fair election in the courts? Why can't you folks just admit you lost?
If you are scared that there is a lawsuit to ensure election fairness and it won't result in your side winning... that says a lot. If the suit finds Trump won then it will be legal. If you think that is wrong then you are paranoid or just a party line jack ass. No one is asking to automatically make Trump the winner. If Biden won fairly then you have nothing to worry about.
We have reasons to think it was not fair. It should be looked at. If that is not the narrative you want then put your head in the sand some more.
What evidence do you have? Its nice that you can toss insults around, but I suggest you actually put up or shut up.
If libs wanted to stoop to Trump levels, they should run targeted ads to Republican GA voters encouraging them to boycott the election in Jan since there is so much fraud.
Huh? The suit wouldn't be to determine the winner nor should it be. It hsould be about whether there are ballots that are illegitimate, if there's enough ballots that are, and taking them away gives Trump 270, then he wins. But the point of the suit shouldn't be to determine the winner. One should then ask themselves why is the GOP just focusing on key states that Trump lost but we all know why. One last thing though...if the suit finds that there weren't enough ballots to throw away and Biden still wins will you accept that he's your president and stop whining about cheating? Or will you delusionally follow your man to the very end?
GOP has had a ton of suits already **** on and thrown out but we're supposed to keep humoring you guys nonsense? Lol all this is BS and the fact your filters suck and you can't digest the information is why this dude was ever president to begin with.
I think it's treasonous to claim fraud without evidence and undermine our very democracy for political purposes. Trump's language and their actions to refuse cooperation with the transition team is unprecedented. There is no fraud and the courts are throwing out ever lawsuit. It's not the lawsuits that worry me, it's the crazies like you who buy into his false accusations.
