What legal abuse? What charges have been false?

The fact that Trump lied about the election and incited an insurrection to try and stay in power?

The fact that he lied about fudging the books to cover-up hush money so his dirt didn't taint his campaign?

The fact that he knew about fake electors and tried to get Georgia election officials to give him enough votes to win?

The fact that he hoarded up boxes and boxes of highly classified documents on his way out the door? The fact that he tried to obstruct justice by lying about still having boxes and boxes and boxes of those documents all over his home, even after being treated with kid gloves and given many opportunities to turn them in? The fact that the nation's secrets could have been compromised with those documents spread out for wandering eyes to see in a home he wines and dined with foreign adversaries, friends, and donors?

If we want to talk about “lawfare” this ruling doesn’t change any of the facts of the cases against Trump. What it does is change how thr laws are applied to the cases.

Yawn... so many lies above. Deranged, angry people who just regurgitate what they hear on government TV (CNN, MSNBC) instead of thinking for themselves...

Trump called for peaceful protests -- and never lied about the election. Massive voter fraud occurred with ballot harvesting, illegal actions at drop boxes, preventing Republican observers from accessing the room, late night ballot dumps, statistically impossible ballot drops, and coordinated stoppages of vote counts in the key swing state cities... How naive would one have to be to still cling to the notion that there wasn't massive fraud? Wow.

Trump didn't do the bookkeeping. Novel legal theory that magically turns a past-the-statute of limitations misdemeanor into 34 felonies without naming the federal crime. Obvious political prosecution.

He tried to get Georgia election officials to stop the fraud and pursue a recount. As a candidate and as President, he's got to step forward and try to correct these illegal activities. "Finding votes" is taken way out of context -- same type of lie as the Charlottesville lie or the border crossers lie. Just dishonesty from the libs -- a sign of a loser argument.

Trump didn't pack up the boxes. And some boxes with classified info were shipped to him by government agencies (planted). Trump complied within reason with the requests to send back the boxes -- but the Democrats plan all along was to set him up and charge him. Deep state gonna deep state. Biden had boxes in his garage and was never charged... and didn't have the protections a President had... since he was VP at the time. Obvious double standard.

Study up, friend. The programming has a tight grip on you. You are like a Russian citizen who is glued to state-run TV and yells at independent voices who are skeptical of the propaganda. Amazing that you are still hypnotized by government media.

    GOOD DAY

They're good at that. They think they're making some pointed stand against those that are against trumpybear...only to prove the rest of us right.

I always thought the beginning of life was the gestational period and birth.
I did not know he began life from the womb already a felon.
    I must have missed something

He could have continued the life he was born to, but he chose a new life and that is the life of a convicted felon. I doubt you missed that.

Well change the title to reflect what is really meant. "Trump begins his 2nd term as a Felon"
It's like those vague but suggestive pop ups on here saying you won't believe Miley Cyrus's beach body this year. For adults only.

I feel like the title is accurate. Once he committed the crimes and was found guilty, his life as a convicted felon began, whether or not he had ever won a second term.

Ok I just think of beginning life as something different than you.
    With all due respect.

I think we probably agree about the beginning of life or are fairly close. But within that life there could be several beginnings. Someone who lived the life of a rock star, began the life of a rock star at a different time than they began their biological life.

Trump who was well into his biological life which began long before he began his life as a felon.

Not really important either way, but I was just wondering if there was confusion since the term life can have different contextual meanings.
