I think if he would admit his real weight and BMI, his poll numbers would go up. His base would love them an also obese alpha. Muffin-top the swamp!
Trump inherited a roaring economy and he can't crack 40% approval. SAD! The only way he is going to be president in 2021 is if he ends democracy.
As long as Trump serves his full first term, I guarantee he will be president in 2021 (for at least 19 days).
With the eco boom and the dem government shut down, I would have to bet Trump has an 80% chance of re-election if it were to be held today. Long way to go, but he’s been good thus far(minus his social media account).
Which poll had Trump winning in '16? I don't think he is as hated as y'all would like. The people that do hate him are very vocal about it. A bunch of folks that like him hide like illegal aliens because of the backlash.
Seems the final polls reflected a close race. And the race was close, as the popular vote difference was pretty close to final polls.
Virtually all of them had Hillary by 2 points. She won the popular vote by 3 points. To be fair though, I will say that in a 2020 election, after a year of FoxNews and others bashing the Democratic candidate and potential investigations on the candidate, given the choice, those who voted for Trump the first time, would do it again for the same reasons as before. Trumps polling swings between 35 and 40% but IMO it should always be considered that 40% will always vote for him because the fact is they just are too conservative to ever vote Democrat, and Fox will make sure to comfort their conscience. Point being- With Democrats, always push for really good candidates and they need to turn out their base. It’s always about turnout with Democrats. They have the numbers, they just don’t always run the best candidates, and don’t always motivate turnout. I disagree that his non-cult swing voters are somehow hiding. It’s just that without the contrast of someone to hate like Hillary Clinton, Trump looks like the national embarrassment that he is to those conservatives that aren’t in said Trump cult. They’ll act embarrassed now, but any Dem should know that they shouldn’t be relied on to not come back home when it’s time to vote next go around.
Dems don’t realize that their falling under the. same trap they did in the election. They don’t know their base and Trump is exploiting the far left as being anti American.
