Wow! Those are staggering numbers if they are even close to being right. The Pew Research Center isn't chopped liver, either. They are a legitimate poll.
I'm speaking against myself on this. Maybe I shouldn't even be posting about it, but I have a formidable source that tells me trump is under house arrest! More to come when I get to my desktop.http://www.breitbart.com/radio/2017...-trump-is-on-house-arrest-in-the-white-house/
With all due respect to whoever needs it (I'm thinking that you posted this with tongue firmly in cheek!), what a load of crap. This is an excellent example of "conspiracy theory" bull**** that a person would have to be brain dead to take seriously. Yet this phony construct loaded to the gills with garbage is where trump's most ardent supporters get their "news." Man, talk about fake news! Breitbart is full of it, literally and figuratively.
This is so unfair. These latest polls were conducted before he put on that nice white USA hat and briefly visited Texas to comment on the size of the crowd that greeted him there.
Any way possible that we can get an xtra MAGA poll of 29% approval any time in the by the end of the year??
No. Also perhaps from his perspective that is a good thing. The blacks should not be amongst the whites.
If Trump runs again, a sack of feces should be able to edge out a win against him. If an actual good candidate arises Trump should end up getting demolished.
Still baffled he hasn't been impeached yet, aren't even little things like "threatening nuclear war and wiping out an entire country on Twitter" not grounds enough for impeachment? Add all the Russia stuff, f****ing up your relationships with other countries etc. I guess Republicans want to desperately cling to power and therefore don't act?
Whats interesting (and scary) is that we were all waiting for the moment where the Party would say they've had enough and turn on Trump. Well folks that already happened under the radar months ago, and we are seeing that this led to a split in the Republican party and you essentially either got on the side of the Trump party, or you are now being ostracized. Look at how many Republicans are not running for re-election because they will be primaried by some Roy Moore type and lose. We see pretty clearly in Mitch McConnell where his influence is gone, and Paul Ryan realized the predicament he was in, and jumped on the Trump wing of the party which is the party just to hold onto power. The 32% is the Trump wing of the party and those voters don't care about the ethics and methods upon which they get to build the world they want around their image.... they just want what they want. They all voted for Trump, and they will vote him in again, AND most importantly.... 32% will be enough to win again in 18 and 20 because of the lack of ethics and the methods they will be okay using to justify getting what they want. If you are running in 18, and 20 just assume that everything is on the table and you have to really make noise with voters to even get seen. The Trump Republican party is literally taking guns out of their pockets on stage now.... think about that for a minute. 32% still scares me. He'd have to be in the low 20's before I think he and his reformed party are no longer a threat.
I tend to agree with you. The one thing that might make a difference is if Democrats run a candidate that inspires Democratic voter turnout in battleground states rather than represses it. I believe in Michigan Trump won the state but didn't have as many votes as past Republican winners. That seems like voters weren't excited about the Democratic option. Many people voted for no candidate at all on the Presidential part of the ticket. Enough did that to cause Trump to lose Michigan. He has about an 80,000 vote margin in 3 battleground states. So it isn't impossible to overcome that margin provided Democrats put up someone who might be able to raise a bit of enthusiasm amongst voters. It isn't a given that Trump would lose, but it isn't impossible either.
I think the hardcore Trump base is much lower -- if he were to be impeached I believe the majority will continue supporting Pence. If Trump makes it to the 2020 election then of course all bets are off.
