"Officer of two groups..." makes it sound so menacing. These are two non-profits. Do you understand how desperate non-profits are to get someone to actually be an officer? Do the bookkeeping, take the meeting minutes, put together the newsletter. She's probably doing it to make contacts in the Chinese community to sell her "presidential access" services. If there is any reporting on the officers in these particular groups either (1) making bank, or (2) doing super-cool spy stuff, please let me know.
This. There are a lot of good people that want to come to the USA, if she is working for or in coordination with the Chinese government; she needs to be deported or imprisoned. With the Trump investigation there is a lot of attention focused on the Russians (and there should be), but the Chinese are far worse.
