Hui Chen: "Those are conducts I would not tolerate seeing in a company, yet I worked under an administration that engaged in exactly those conduct." I don't get it. First she uses a pluralization of 'conduct' by putting an s at the end. Then she uses 'conduct' as a plural without an s. Aside from the inconsistency of the use of the s, since when is 'conduct' ever plural? Is this one of those things lawyers say? And, regarding Honorable at FERC, I don't think there was any chance she'd be renewed anyway. But, it's pretty incredible. FERC has 5 Commissioner seats. Right now, they only have 1 filled. They don't have a quorum to do anything and have been essentially hamstrung since February when Chairman Bay resigned. It should change soon though. Trump nominated 3 new people (2 Rs and 1 D), so they will have 4 out of 5 seats filled if they can get confirmation before the August recess.
