They are demonstrating their disrespect for our country, our flag and our national anthem. If they want to protest civil rights violations, that is certainly fine with me, but they need to do it in a different venue and in a different way than by openly disrepecting our country and the key symbols of our country. What they are doing is anti-American, regardless of how you or anyone else tries to spin it.
that was unreal for THE leader of the u.s to curse in PUBLIC like that. if he had a general's outfit and a bad pornstache, the same people that hail him would want to call him an evil power hungry hambre.
Yeah, no. It works for Kaep because he's an average player, it's not working for guys that are actually good. If Hopkins does it tomorrow you think we cutting him?
Isn't that the same amount that McNair donated to Harvey relief? He donated the same amount to Donald Trump?
Yet 10's of millions have somehow done so. It's almost like you see all poor people as incapable of having the guts and brains to get past their disadvantages. That's incredibly narrow minded and borders on racist thinking.
it's not that, it's that disrespecting the anthem/flag likely hurts ratings, which hurts revenue, which is money out of players' pockets this guy is damaging his clients' livelihood
You can protest as long as it properly ass kisses my racial sensitivities. Mojo race card application... APPROVED
Those countries that I assume you are talking about also don't have any diversity or anywhere near the problems that the US faces....so yeah, if you have a wealthy homogeneous population without the responsibilities that the US has, you can do better than America, otherwise, you can't. People who fail in America would fail literally anywhere.
in the context of a personal opinon, I don't get why what Trump said is controversial if I went out of my way to offend my employer's paying customers while on the job, I would be rightly fired/reprimanded
So waiving a flag around that represents an entity that committed treason just so they can maintain the status quo of slave labor isn't disrespecting our country?
LeBron and now Kobe.. Man conservative NBA fans must be triggered. Our very own Chris Paul made a statement against Trump today also. Love it.
I have no comment other than Trump stuck his nose in the wrong hornets nest. Looks like the athletic brotherhood is coming out together in support of one another. One has to think we are going to see a lot more kneel downs for NFL Sunday tomorrow.
Not even a little bit of hyperbole either. It's f***ing unbelievable! There is a a twit for every situation in which he comments on both sides.
