It would not surprise me that someone on his team (or him) follows that sort of thing and would repost content from there. Does that mean Trump is anti-Semitic? It's possible but not conclusive. Still it does put his campaign in a very dark light, you're right. It's not the star that is disturbing, it is the reposting of content from such a site or the fact they are even paying attention to such a site for content.
