Trump’s hidden tax returns take on new significance

Whatever the case may be - one thing is clear. Trump is hiding something.

It is funny his son says he does a lot of business with Russia and no one seems to take that too seriously.

 

Nothing you can do about it. It's not required by law.

Well, maybe DEM and REP can pass some law to require financial and business disclosures. Of course, it takes a veto-proof vote to get that pass through a Trump WH. Not going to happen.

The only thing you can do is keep hitting him on it and let the public reflect on it.

Trump doesn't release his tax returns because he's afraid of what the public will know. Simple as that. We all know it and his supporters know it.

 

I'm taking after the GOP and will be a 3-issue voter going forward.

Tax return, replacement plan, swamp.

On second thought, 1 and 3 seem to be the same issue. But whatever.

Oh, and whatever it takes to make Drumpf a one term president.

The White House says President Donald Trump made more than $150 million in income in 2005 and paid $38 million in income taxes that year.

The acknowledgement comes as MSNBC host Rachel Maddow says she has obtained part of Trump's 2005 tax forms.

The White House is pushing back pre-emptively, saying that publishing those returns would be illegal.

It says, "You know you are desperate for ratings when you are willing to violate the law to push a story about two pages of tax returns from over a decade ago."

The White House adds that it is "totally illegal to steal and publish tax returns" and is bashing the "dishonest media."

Trump refused to release his tax returns during the campaign, claiming he was under audit.​
