These are all about coaching.

How to instill discipline into each player is the difference separating a great team from a great team.

McHale is not doing this part of job. Therefore, the Rockets are a good team only. Very frustrating and disappointing.

When we were something like 13-3, I pointed out the soft schedule. People called me Debbie Downer, saying that the record was great while we were injury-laden.

Well most of our rotation guys have been back for a while, with the addition of two supposedly important pieces in Brewer and Smith. We aren't doing very well against good teams.

I think we will still have a pretty good final record the way we are beating up on bad teams. But I am still very worried about the playoffs.

Soft Schedule + Ariza's hot shooting + other teams weren't in top form yet = 13-3

Now we're the ones lagging behind, and it's not because of the new acquisitions either. Teams make sure to defend the corner 3 and pack the paint.
