    Tonight's ep:

Rather boring until the last 10 minutes. It's turned into a hyper-soap opera. A gay soap, at that. Still, it's well cast and most of the characters have redeeming qualities. Except for Tara...she's turned into an angry chihuahua....her acting range consists of being pissed or shaking uncontrollably.

I'm interested to see WHAT the meth dealers are, exactly. Eric getting revenge (at least partly) was cool, except the whole gay sex beforehand. Glad they keep the series moving fairly quickly.

    Oh yeah, poor Hoyt.

i agree, pretty bad episode until the final 10 minutes or so.

i'm pretty sure the meth dealers are werewolves, even though the cousin or whoever was eating in human form. think back to the last episode where crystal and jason were making out and she freaked at the full moon

She was also sniffing around a little bit. And it was fairly obvious when Sam smelled them coming into his bar

They are all in the books. According to wiki.

That very last part of the episode was pretty suite.

They're in the books, but there are some differences.

They're not as villainous. Calvin Norris (the "leader" in Hotshot) is actually Sookie's friend in the books.

Great Episode last night but I do have a question that is bugging me...

I thought Franklin was a figment of Tara's imigination/drinking Franklin's blood but I guess he was real since Jason took him out with the wooden bullet...kind of confused however sense I am pretty sure I saw brain when Tara nailed him in the head at Russell's place?

I had the feeling that Tara hadn't killed him.

It was pretty badass how Jason took him out. Just exploded...cool.

We were pulling for him to kill Tara when he showed up. She's so annoying- you could make a drinking game out of either her rages or her quivering chin in ever episode.

Ya'll a lil hard on Tara . . she been through alot *Grin*
seriously . . their attempts to flesh out her character is not going well
I say just let her be a b*Tch and keep moving
this love interest thing for Lafayette is not working for me.
It isn't not the Gay thing either . . .just like Tara . .
they were fine like there were . . . angry and hateful :D

start from the beginning of season 3 at the very least, but if you have the time start from episode 1.

Remember when Tara thought Bill was dead, but Sookie told Tara that that's not how vampires looked when they died? That was foreshadowing. Bashing a vamp's brain in doesn't kill them. You have to stake them, burn them in the sun, or cut off their heads. Apparently, skull crushing isn't enough.
