"It's likely that this storm doesn't generate more than an inch of rain for us. But on the other hand, it could kill us all too."
Bottled water - check Ice - check Beer - check Batteries - check Artichoke hearts - check Bring it on.
Well no Eric sighting... I think it is so humorous that this thread turned out to be about Eric's alarmist articles.
He is Taking a siesta from blogging Hi everyone. It's been a long time since I unplugged from blogging completely, which I'll be doing this week. Those of you concerned about Tropical Storm Richard need only sit back and watch the power of wind shear over the next couple of days as the storm dissipates. In any case, I'll be back in a week rested, recharged and ready to go. Thanks to everyone who reads this blog regularly and participates in the comments. Without such a thoughtful community there's really no point in doing this. So I'll look forward to returning.
the last i heard from him was 7-10 days ago when he said we've seen the last of our 90 degree days for 2010. oops. my wife worked with him and says he's a complete douche.
Ok. What's the deal with this? I wasn't on much this weekend and clearly missed something...that or you're taking the loss to SFA really hard and have maybe lost some marbles.
Read the 3rd paragraph of this post. In honor of FFB being let back into CF.net, I have pledged to (subtlety) incorporate artichoke hearts into every single one of my posts for a period of 24 hours. This post not included. It's really the least I can do. And yes, the loss sucked. Being married to a lumberjack doesn't help matters much...
