And we still wouldn't beat these Spurs with our no ball movement and no defense. We just weren't that good this year. Just watch the Spurs play they're just a machine. Spurs are a contender this year. If you think we were ONE PLAYER AWAY from a championship, swapping Lowry for Lin, you're delusional. We're not in the upper echelon of contenders. It's Spurs, Heat, OKC this year.
lol.. somebody called me a bandwagoner who jumped on the Lin caboose because I said the above statement. My join date is February 2012. Jeremy Lin didn't join the Rockets until the summer of 2012. So tell me how that works. Plus, I hope Lin gets traded.
Yeah, its really their year, not ours. They were better prepared in just about every aspect of b-ball. We need to get more commitment from our players and a better coach (without that Morey will just try to get us new assistant coaches to do most of Mchale's job *sighs*). I don't know if one year is gonna be enough to get us past the first round next year since nothing is set on stone, but hopefully that 3rd player Morey and Les talks about will improve our chances of reaching that goal. If they ever do manage to change the atmosphere of Rocket's game then kudos to them! Otherwise, we'll just go fishing again next playoffs .........
