OK, I give up on this one. I take the clue to mean a current player, but it could also be Calvin Murphy (although I personally call him the "cookie monster" for all those chocolate chip cookies he eats....does anyone else find that as annoying as hell as I do?)

    Anyway, I give up.

On a non-related topic, have you noticed how few posters there are today? I know it's the weekend and everyone has something else to do, but besides the trivia topic, I'll bet there hasn't been more than 20 new posts today. Come on people! Just because all of you are out in the sun, or watching football, or drinking yourself into a coma, or doing homework (that one is for the kitties out there), doesn't mean you should neglect your hard working (or is that hardly working?) brethren out here who need there basketball jones fulfilled!! Help me out folks!

Ya know its getting late on the last day of a set when I start ranting like this. Come on 4 o'clock! I'm off till Wednesday night.

    Mike Dunleavy!!!!! Found it!
Ron's Krispy Fried Chicken ran a promotion where if the Rockets scored 135 points or more in a home game, all those in attendance got a free chicken dinner. Only once had that occured from 1971-1978... Mike Dunleavy came around. In the 1978-79 season, the Rockets reached that goal twice and both times Dunleavy scored the 135th point, earning himself the nickname "Chicken Man".

AAAArrrrgggh... I shoulda checked in for the chicken man question. That was an easy one. I still remember those days when Dunleavy played for the Rockets along with another man named after fast food.

    Can you name him?

Come on, this one's way too dang easy. [IMG]

    First air raid in history

    Liege in 1914.

Or if you want to count balloons as an air raid... it would be Venice in 1849.

    Mohs

Let me rephrase...what is the first air raid using actual bombers, with bomb-bays, incendiary bombs and all.

The person who insists we never forget, showed us what it looked like. The purpose of the raid was a simple practice for WWII by Hitler to see what air warefare could do.
