Frankly, I was blown away that this is only the third of his career, particularly with his consistently strong assist numbers dating back to his Orlando days. Guess he usually came up short on rebounds or something.

admit it, you only want yao to score 40, you hate it when tmac scores more than yao.

I think YOU and the rest of the TOFs hates it when Yao leads the team in scoring.

Just face it, this is what Rockets basketball is all about. Yao leads in scoring+rebound+blocks, TMac leads second in scoring and leads the team in assists, and everyone else scores over 10+ points. I'll be happy if TMac gets a triple-double every game cause this is what's he's the most useful for.

This is the way to play for the Rockets to be dangerous. This is called Rockets basketball and it's beautiful to watch.

Not want to ruin this thread. TMac deserve the congrats tonight.
But to repeat the argument "Win/Loss without TMac" is just stupid. The Rockets don't have a qualified PG at all, and I don't think any team can succeed with the loss of a 18-million playmaker/scorer.

rockets basketball my ass. had yao scored 8 points instead of 24.. you would be all over tmac for taking 22 shots, playing selfish etc.. regardless of the win

i'm pretty sure if everyone else was actually close to shooting 41-43% from the field, outside of Yao and Tmac, tmac would have closer to 7 maybe 8 assists... congrats on the first triple double as a rocket tmac! heres to more in to come in the future :D

No homer, you're talking out of your behind again.

This was what the Rockets were expected to play like right when they hired Rick Adelman. Beautifully executed Princeton Offense with TMac dishing the dimes, Yao scoring from the low post and occasional high post elbow jump shot, everyone else contributing 10+ points each, above average ball movement.

Think before you type, homer! :)

no, you're talking out of your vagina

this is what the rockets were expected to play like, except you wished JVG was still around to give your boy yao his meaningless stats.. that's all you care about.

put yao's dick down before type, vagina
