Last year Trevor was behind Martin Brooks and Scola as a scoring option. With Yao back Trevor just became the 5th scoring option on our team if he even starts. He would have to have Dennis Rodman type intangibles to be considered a 3rd string all star. That means spot 11 or 12. Sorry trevor will never be moe than a good role player and agood team or a 2nd or 3rd option on a bad team.
What is wrong with you....the guy just made some interesting, poignant comments and the best reply you can come up with "Hey Captain suck up"? Grow up man... Yeah, I can tell you're having fun, you're having the time of your life in this basketball forum. Good for you, let loose...
If its not a direct comparison, why are you directly comparing them? When I try to make it something that it's not? Like how I'm talking about Budinger/Kobe and you bring up Brooks/Yao?
It was more a fun dig at him posting that comic he made of me, again in this thread, and his propensity to suck up to Clutch. Just giving him a little elbow to the ribs as he did me. Sheesh ! DD
To show that rookies can get a lot better, that is the comparison, not a direct he will get to Kobe's level. Nuance my man, nuance. DD
Yes, Clutch is the best man on the planet for starting this board, everyone knows that already.... I need to go post a thread thanking him again, my thread count on that level is falling behind other notable suckups....I can not get left in the dust. DD
That's right, I complete forgot his contract expires this year. Well, with that being known I guess the Ariza move wasn't so bad for them. But they really could have gotten something better or picks from someone in this deal. I guess Posey's contract really hit what their net coulda been with DC pretty hard. Ah well.
I don't think he will become an all-star there but what is wrong with what he said? Is he supposed to say I want to go there and be a bum?
