That's the truth though, the way the American justice system works is innocent until proven guilty. He is innocent until proven otherwise. Now if you would have said something like it should apply to those who want to demonize Martin for his past indiscretions while not looking at Zimmerman's.
I'm a houstonian who remembers ida lee Delaney. a black woman killed early in the morning on her way to work by two off duty officers coming home drunk past three in the morning. they said she cut them off on the freeway. and didn't stop when they flagged her down . as if a woman was supposed to stop in that situation. they got off

Zimmerman had a loaded gun exiting his vehicle. a trained firearm holder is going to wait till getting his ass whooped to pull his weapon to difuse a situation ?

I'm going to do this once cause i don't give a flying crap about what a bunch of white people who nevet think a black kid is unjustly shot in situations like this. i have not paid attention to this till the trial started.

Yes, I know who is on trial. Its the fact that the prosecution is bringing up something that really has 0 relevance towards the case, just like trayvons past history. (and I just love how yahoo presents it as a big "Break" in the case)
I tried to argue facts then it got personal. I'm not making a sweeping generalization i can make a list and point out the posts as well as posts from their past on different subjects but um not doing that now
