I think he was out to light the neighborhood watchperson on fire.

so far I haven't seen any plausible explanations for why TM had a lighter with him

Because it's irrelevant. There is zero relevance for why he had a lighter. Maybe he was helping the family light candles before he left for his snack, and kept the lighter with him.

The narrative was that they "encountered" one another suddenly, mistakenly. I think you are trying to frame me with saying that it was TM's responsibility to find GZ and explain himself. That is not what I'm saying at all. The truth never hurts.

If TM had said "This is my dad's house. I'm just walking back from the quickmart where I bought these Skittles and tea..." I'm pretty sure this would have been a non-event.

You don't know that he didn't say that.

plus I also haven't seen any plausible explanations for why TM had $40 with him

There you go again. Not one soul (not even his girlfriend) has reported any such conversation... not even the myriad of mystery "witnesses" that FB keeps trotting out!

Do I really need to apologize for GZ not being the psychopath that you want him to be?

Yes, you caught me, I'm making up that there were witnesses that have stated they saw with their own eyes GZ on top of TM, and that it was TM screaming for help, and everything else that I've been saying existed.

Was his girlfriend on the phone when the gun went off?

No but the gun went off after the fight had started... which seems to have been initiated by TM.... further which a reasonable explanation might have prevented. Remember, GZ was not brandishing a weapon. The lie detector "approved" testimony describes GZ pulling the gun when TM discovered it and went for it himself

Is it my eyes or are you the only poster that keeps bringing these things up. And don't ask me to go dig it out for myself....

That is your usual reply to a challenge.

    Yep

FB is so blinded by bias in this thread. He's truly hoping GZ is guilty, which is altering his decision making and judgment

IOW, you don't know if between the time the phone call ended and he was shot, whether or not the deceased said something along the lines of "hey man, I'm not doing anything, just walking back from the store".

After smoking PCP, mar1juana, crack, and bath salts TM was clearly planning to set GZ and possibly the entire neighborhood on fire with his lighter.

    Wake up people.

Typical "cutesy" humor from KC. I know you're just throwing out "the absurd" to try to get a laugh, so I'll ignore your post.

TM had illegal drugs in his system, was walking slowly and suspiciously in the rain (according to GZ), and had a lighter and $41 cash in his pocket for a run to buy skittles and iced tea....hmmm......

No one has reported any such conversation-- even FB's balcony witnesses! I heard a rumor that TM took a **** in the bushes and this pissed of GZ whose wife is on the Beautification Committee.... shall we just suppose some other stuff that may have happened because no one said it did not happen. That would be a late night.

When you don't believe a word out of GZ's mouth and you want to believe in things that might have happened and can't be disproven there are no grounds for a reasonable discussion.

It's my usual reply when it's already been posted. I've posted it before, and commented on it before. I don't care whether you read it before, or do so now, but it's there if you'd like to.

So your saying that a TM didn't have the right to have to be walking slowly in the rain with a lighter and money . i'm dropping the suspiciously because that can change by person to person hell for all we know GZ could have been looking suspicious to TM sitting there in the rain.
