So can people bring up Zimmerman's past discretion with the law even though he was not convicted/had charges dropped of a crime?
The difference is that Zimmerman is known to have had trouble with the police. Martin isn't known to have ever taken a swing at a bus driver. Like I said it's strange that people will go out of their way to defend Zimmerman for ignoring the 911 dispatcher, and all of his past problems with the police, but will try and disparage Martin on the basis of a silly rumor.
It seems Martin supporters have serious reading comprehension issues... Did you miss where I stated "if it's true and it is presented as evidence".
You seem to bring up plenty of things that aren't going to "make it to court" to support your claim, but disparage others from doing the same?
I guess I deserve to be killed. I've swung at an adult in my youth. How could I be so evil? The kid was a kid. He did nothing to deserve death. At the time Zimmerman started following him and called the police on him, he was innocent. He was walking home, doing nothing even remotely illegal.

Being on the side of the issue that hangs it's hat (no pun intended) on contending Martin's hoodie had anything to do with this, I'd think that you'd be a little more curious about that but ok.. I had just read it on a link here and was unaware there was speculation that Martin swung at an adult authority figure. I didn't know if the defense is planning on calling or will be allowed to call on the bus driver.
the only evidence that Martin ever swung on an adult was from a probably fake twitter account. The account supposedly is Trayvon's older brother. Yet the account name doesn't reference the himself except as Trayvon's older brother. How many people would want their identity to only be as being related to a younger brother and nothing about themselves? That is the only evidence of that ever happening. There was no suspension from school for it, no legal trouble, nothing.
Quit the juvenile drama already.... Not 1 person has said Martin deserved to die. Martin put himself in a position to get killed if it is proven he attacked Zimmerman and it's proven that Zimmerman had legitimate concerns for losing his own life at Martin's hands. When you decide to assault someone a lot of bad things can happen, the worst thing happened to Martin. It's tragic.

If someone breaks into my home when I'm there, they're getting a death sentence regardless of why in the hell they're there. A DEAD BURGLAR can not be a REPEAT OFFENDER. Why does a burglar that I catch need due process in a court of law? I can tell you what will happen, as I've seen it before. He'll plead guilty to the felony. He'll serve 6 months in state jail and be released. They'll put him on a few years of probation. All the while he's right back breaking into building/homes again like it never happened. Get HIS media to play 911 tapes out of context to fan the racial fires on NBC. Get CNN to say that Zimmerman called Trayvon a coon. Get ABC to show a dark video with Zimmerman without any head wounds. Get Sharpton and Jackson to whip up the racial fires. Get a Florida prosecutor to put together a sham case against Zimmerman. And then the real facts start rolling out with proof from pictures. So Zimmerman will either have the charges dropped or acquitted by a jury. And that is the ignition. There is about to be a full blown race war in this country right before our very eyes. Its about to get real ugly and Obama will be laughing as it all blows up.
