I think the only way to really figure out what happened, is to watch the game with him and press pause every time he did something crazy and ask, " Do you see that you were wide open here? Why didn't you shoot?" "Why did you try and pass here instead of taking the shot?" etc. Listen to his answers and that would give us the best idea of what his problem was.

That will never happen, and so all of this other speculation is nothing more than just speculation.

LMAO.... hell nah !!! Travis is covering for his friend. Truth is, Harden is a talented, but weak-minded beeeatch. This was the case before Game 6.

I will cheer for him though since he's on my team.

Love having this guy in our corner. No other rapper/celebrity would ride for their team like this.

I dont really care what he did after the game - unless yer peddlin the 'flu excuse' or trying to pass off that **** show as a concussion... in that case I call crap... but James said he was fine in the postgame interview... I take him at his word... aint no games left to play - go have a blast...

I do however have some questions about prior to the game...

Idk if you're being serious or not but if he cared only about stats then his stats wouldn't be so atrocious in that last game.

I don't care what he did after game 6, but everything prior to that I hope he has enough sense to be resting and treating his body right. Knowing well enough he can go out and shake it as much as he wants when the season is over.

    Smells like propaganda

How do people still believe Harden doesn't care? Did we all not read the same articles that both Harden and Ariza wrote and published? Because of one game those articles mean nothing now? He obviously wants to win and bring Houston a title.

Unless y'all think his "new obsession" was just a lie, and he's a liar.

I don't know what happened after game 6 and what Harden did first. I have heard before this series that Travis Scott tried multiple times to get Harden to go out before, but that Harden declined so many times to instead play basketball. In past seasons Harden was known to party a lot, but I think he really cooled off this season and took it more serious than he ever has before.

Danny Green lost a game 7 to the Miami Heat in 2013. This is after S.A. nearly won the title before Ray made a crushing shot. Danny Green shot like 2-17 in those last two games. That same night the Spurs lost the series and their season ended Danny Green went to the same club that LeBron was partying at.

A lot of you guys are projecting what YOU would do in a situation that YOU have never been in and will NEVER be in. You don't know how a person should react or respond. Stop projecting what you would do in a situation that isn't real to you. I mean after that game I went to go watch a movie because I just wasn't gonna stay at home and be sad. Maybe y'all wanted Harden to be in the locker room shower alone and then Gordan Hayward walks in randomly and says "I got your back." I dunno.

And @malakas i always thought you were one of the more rational posters on this board. I understand that game 6 is pretty much unforgivable, but I can't believe you're under the impression that Harden was fake devastated and doesn't care. I'm not completely sure if he quit or not, but it would be one of the biggest turns in sports history if Harden cared about winning so badly in all the previous 92 games to randomly not wanting to win anymore in the 93rd.

What do y'all expect him to say. Obviously he's going to cover for Harden that's his boy. Harden would've went out regardless and it wouldn't bother me either way because I know he's not at that elite killer level like MJ and Kobe.

Is Travis a baller or a rapper?

So what's his field of expertise again?

I think his style of playing, drawing fouls and that shet is wearing on him.

not joking at all. The reason his stats sucked in game 6 is because he quit on his team before the tip off.

Seriously, if you are defending Harden you must like him more than you like the team. Trade that POS now! His decline starts now. Already started.
