ive dealt with him a few times. Not a bad guy.
Some ppl think he’s hpd connected.

I don’t care where the blame is, multiple areas but an artist does not know **** happening on stage. I don’t care what they are screaming.

stopping a concert would cause a riot. He needed a better info in his ear to say hey this is happening ?!

u know he’s super fukked performing. Can’t put a blame on the artist. Get your team tight.

An artist saying hey go, is the worst **** ever. Trust me. It’s always delayed at concerts to stop the panic.

If Scott had paused and said something about the ambulance and to give it room and to assess the situation, things may have been better. Going into a song about raising your middle finger, not so much.

    Drug Enforcement?

They had already lost control of the venue when the crowd broke through VIP gate in the early afternoon.

With an estimated 50,000 people there, what is the minimum number of of law enforcement officers needed to
wade through the crowd and safely make drug arrests?

the entire show was a **** show. They didn’t check ppl for drugs or anything. U had 12-17 year olds walking around without adults.

this is a major mess up.

A lot to blame bro. Just saying, Travis has no idea what’s happening on stage. Unless u tell me you’ve performed around 50k ppl.

Someone is not breathing in row 3, ok. Now if you can get ready to jump I'm going to perform my cover of Jump Around cover. Stomp as hard as you can! Let's do this!!!!

    What the hell, Travis?
I'm a fan of a couple of his songs but really a fan of his as a Nike designer.
Insane he or some of the suits didn't stop the concert.
He should pay for those funerals and hospital bills.

It's normal for ambulance(s) to drive through a crowd to attend to person(s) at an outdoor music festival? How many other times has it happened at a Travis Scott show?

Pearl Jam were coming to the end of “Daughter” when Adams rushed onstage and talked to singer Eddie Vedder. Vedder stopped the music and addressed the audience:

“What will happen in the next five minutes has nothing to do with music. But it is important. Imagine that I am your friend and that you must step back so as not to hurt me. You all have friends up front. I will now count to three, and you will all take three steps back. All who agree say ‘Yes’ now.” After a big cheer and a few seconds of movement by the crowd, Vedder asked everyone to step back again.

Yeah an artist definitely has no control over stopping the show. It probably helps to actually care about your fans though. I have no idea what Travis Scott knew about the situation so I won’t assume his guilt but defending him because he couldn’t stop the show or the notion that ambulances routinely drive through festival crowds is lame at the least.

well i know where ive been...ive been going to shows including festivals for 30 years and have been playing in bands for almost that long. im obsessed with music. i love listening to and playing music. i love watching music documentaries and reading books about music and musicians. ive watched gimmie shelter multiple times and already cited mick as an example the artist trying to get things under control.

the artrist is the MAIN PERSON who can stop the show. travis scott bears responsibility for this...people died because he failed to act. i already said that management, security and venue were at fault as well, but its weird to me that you are blaming everyone but him. also, how would his agent have any responsibility here?

as someone who has been performing on stage for over 25 years i can say that is b.s.

and as has already been pointed out multiple times, travis scott is on video watching the EMS drive into the crowd with lights flashing. travis scott is on video watching a limp, lifeless body being lifted out of the crowd right in front of him and he is looking directly at the body. i dont understand why youre making excuses for him???
