    Hey Ron,

if you reading this. All those who complain about your trash talking, they learned about basketball from some playstation game or better basketball video and listen to the Jonas Brothers.

Keep Smack talking, do what's in your heart. Some of us still respect that.

So Kobe dropped 37. So what? at least you didn't cry " I tried.. I tried.. .
This is Clutch City baby, ain't no softness allowed. The same suckers who jock you for clamping lebron, mock you for kobe. they're two face like harvey dent. Us old school Rocket fans are 150% behind you.

    your boy,
    tinman

I like some smack talk... as long as you dont go all Dennis Rodman and make it a cornerstone of your game.

Trash talk that gets into the opponent's head and makes them play worse = good

Trash talk that gets the opponent to play even better on the offensive and defensive ends of the court and corners you into trying to do things on the court you're not capable of doing so that your opponent completely embarasses you = not good

There's nothing wrong with trash talking. That being said, you look like a moron when you're doing it to a guy who is lighting you up like a Christmas tree. What bothered me most about the Artest/Kobe situation, is that he took it upon himself to hurt the team offensively trying to keep up with Kobe. If he wants to rough him up on d, whatever. His offensive skill set is nowhere near Kobe's though, and I honestly believe we win that game without Artest.

The poll results shows why there are so many trashy people on this board! :p
The pure fan who loves the game for the game's sake would not like the street tactics of trash talking during the contest, which is of course an athletic contest of skill and endurance. :p
