Genocide is trying to wipe out an ethnicity. Transgenders arent an ethnicity. Hes also not calling for any individuals to be eradicated , hes calling for a practice to be eradicated. Similar to calling for racism to be eradicated. Also, hes only calling for eradicating the public act of this practice. I dont agree with all of his positions, but you are way off.

Being 'Trans' isn't a practice, that's like calling homosexuality a 'practice' and comparing it to racism is...something else. Well, do you agree with THIS position? Homosexuality can be a practice amongst other things . Putting your d*ck in a man's hairy a**hole is practicing homosexuality. Racism can be a practice too. So can transgenderism. Knowles is obviously calling for public acts of transgenderism to be eradicated (illegal). Not genocide..... It should be illegal to do gender reconstructive surgery on kids and the hormone stuff that goes along with it. Also drag shows for kids should be illegal. I dont care what adults do. If kids are still being brainwashed, i might consider banning public displays like banning public nudity.

I'm being sincere here, haven't insulted you at all, I wonder how a ban on 'transgenderism' would work in a legal sense and in a country that stresses individual freedom. Sure, I'm fine for banning GRS for minors, it's extremely rare in the first place, and from what I've read most in the field don't encourage it until people are old enough. As for the hormone stuff, I'll let the experts argue that, a lot of the laymen like you and I have no idea what's going on here, most people don't even have a basic understanding of hormones and what they do and shouldn't be engaging in discussions about stuff they don't know about. I'll trust those that understand hormones a lot better than I do on this. As for drag shows, I mean, that's a blurred line. Drag shows are not inherently sexual. In fact, men wearing and pretending to be women goes back to the very start of theater, are we then banning that from public eye? Would be banning Big Momma's House? Are we banning the show "RuPaul's Drag Race"? because you're implying we should ban these things or just putting a more adult rating on them? Seems a much more rational approach is to just take it case by case, if there is a drag show that seems overly sexual and kids are involved it should be investigated. I have a feeling that more kids have been sexually abused by preachers than drag queens though... I'm not really sure brainwashing is going on, it's not like kids are going to churches weekly, having the bible sometimes beaten into them, being forced to read a book and accept its 'teachings' etc. Since right wingers consider a book about two male penguins raising a chick as 'brainwashing' i'm not so sure I'd go for what you consider brainwashing. the way the bill is worded basically criminalizes being trans in public. its intentionally vague and leaves it up to the individual cop/enforcement entity to decide for themselves what constitutes "drag". i heard an interview yesterday with the state AG and when pressed on that very issue said that it is indeed up to the individual officer to make the decision. i think this is done deliberately. its way beyond preventing kids from being exposed to drag shows.
what about if they shave their a**holes? do you think there should be a law that criminalizes parents who take their children to an R rated movie? for the record, i think drag shows are goofy and inappropriate for children...but why do small government conservatives want the government making laws like this?
One of the roles of government is to speak for those who can't speak for themselves. Even small government people believe this. For example, what medical treatment can be given to an unconscious John Doe needs to be decided by the government. Children fit in this category as well because they are not developed enough to speak for themselves. For the same reason a child can't consent to sex (even if the parent says its ok), I don't think a child can consent (or a parent for them) to having a grown man grind and thrust in their face. I also don't think a child (or a parent for them) can consent to cutting off their **** or breasts. When it goes that far the government needs to step in and speak for the child because the child can't speak for themselves. Everyone has a line for when a parent is abusing a child, even small government people, and this crosses it for me. An R-rated movie doesn't
You know who doesn't care at all about drag shows? Kids. You know who isn't harmed by drag shows? Kids or anyone else Children shouldn't be exposed to sexualized representations of any kind. Almost every person in our nation can agree on this. Someone who tries to make a big deal out of outliers and label entire groups of people with that label are behaving in ways that are hateful, bigoted, and divisive. That is behavior is far more dangerous and destructive than a drag show.
As long as protecting those who can't speak for themselves doesn't involve any type of gun control. Number one cause of death of children in the US is firearms.
the very people who are against any kind of meaningful gun legislation that might prevent kids from getting murdered in schools are by and large the same people who want legislation that makes it a felony to be in drag in public. far out man.
