thanks, dimsie... But I was a little overboard -- felt hit on a nerve I guess ... Not banned yet, but on self-imposed probation for a couple of weeks (or maybe inlaws don't have a good DSL link. Hmmm, which is it?). peace, harmony and laughs to all y'all this season, and I do mean all y'all.

 

Here's the complete and total irony of this. I have never once banned anyone. EVER! I once had someone refer to me as a lying sack of **** and he didn't get banned. Look at my post count. You think I made it that high by being sensitive to someone dropping an f-bomb?

For the record, telling ANYONE to **** off on this board is a big fat ****ing no-no. If you can't use common courtesy to discuss your differences, you probably belong in a bar fight, not on a BBS.

But, I learned a long time ago that this board is oftentimes a way for people who would never in a million years tell someone to **** off in person to get away with it in anonymity. If you take it personally, you are getting worked up over fantasy land, not reality.

This whole place is about opinion. If someone disagrees with you and you don't like it, boo-freakin'-hoo. Get over it an move on. But, DO NOT use personal attacks particulary one's that contain profanity. It is rude and makes you look stupid, not the other way around.
