Scola's rep precedes him. You know he's a star when Battier is already kissing up to him buddy buddy, like he's his future starting front court partner.....you think he would bond with him like that if he was any other ordinary 2nd rounder? They're probably joking about how frustrated opponents will be when Scola and Battier take turns taking charges. I agree on the opinion that Scola looks way bigger in that picture. The International league probably measures without shoes...because looking at them sitting down with their knees bent. Scola's knee's are at least two inches are higher (measuring from his foot to his knee) than Battier's and his body frame is a lot wider. He's probably over 6'10" because he was at least as tall or taller than Amare.
Couldn't agree more. Well said. I couldn't imagine Battier even talking to scrubs like Spanoulis, Novak, Lucas, Butler, Reed, or and Alston hehe.
LOL. Well, maybe last year....since Alston was the point guard and can decide who to pass to. I'm sure Battier is friendly to everyone.....but not like they were bosom buddies as looks like here.
