Well you probably don't want that driver turning into the empty lane if you were the oncoming car in the 2nd lane...highly doubt they would have turned using only 1 lane space. on a related note...i hate those idiots who come over into your lane when they take a left at the signal. seriously. u drive a fking honda civic. you don't drive a big rig.
Mine is when you are taking a right that merges with road you are turning right onto, and it's your own lane. But people will sit in it instead of going forward in their own lane and merging over. This happens at 288 and 518 in Pearland. So many people go around the person sitting in the lane, that there is a rut in the grass/mud next to the road. I've seen people go around a person sitting there, and usually, they get the hint...just for the next person in line to sit in the lane stopped.
