    That was cause for concern before we all saw Yao play, but if two years in you're STILL comparing Yao to those players then you are blind. That's really all there is to it.

    Come on, give him a break. He said Rick Smith, not Rik Smits. May be there was a 7'4" Rick Smith who played basketball somewhere in this world once upon a time. :D

    Yao has picked the worst time of the season to have a bad month. This is gut check time, this is when you see who has heart. Lebron was a unproven highschool kid, Yao was a unproven player from china. Game is game, why do you think lakers traded divac for a unproven kid name kobe. You guys defend Yao like youre sleeping with him. If the rest of the team had a last month like he did we willn't be in the playoffs, and this is the one you want to carry us.
