i was saying hypothetically 10-13 million for any player. I don't think Les is willing to throw down for a true max guy nearing the 16-21 million like tracy will be getting.

Well. Steve is on the the block for a reason. We don't need steve to close out games anymore, we have tracy and tracy is leaps and bounds better at finishing games. Getting steve, parting with 1st rounder is a bad idea. We need youth, role players, and good solid bench players. Steve isn't that young, commands a lot of money and demands much of the ball. I'd rather just have it in Tmac's hands.

On PJ Brown, I'm more or less saying a player like PJ Brown, who is a borderline allstar, but makes things better all around by saving yao's fouls, energy, and rebounding all the while giving Yao space because u got to honor his J. Mabye similar to Udonis Haslem

I liked the thought of getting Childress or Battier. Both are great all around players and defenders who don't have to have the ball in their hands. Unfortunately someone made a good point earlier about Childress being on an under the cap Atlanta team, and Battier getting the second most minutes on the Grizzles. Personally, I think Battier is one of the most underrated players in the league.
