You need certain characteristics in order to win big. Not surprised at all. However, how does this relate to the thread?
Didn't get a chance to watch the game but pulling from the highlights, fan reaction, & boxscore I'd rather not see this team come playoff time. Heard there were a couple no calls that could of been to our benefit if called, but it is what it is. Knowing that the NBA is going to want this team to advance it generates more ratings which is more money. & whether you like it or not the NBA is business, governed by politics. As a college team we would be a sexy story the Cinderella squad or the dark horse. As a NBA team though, people outside of Houston & the opposing teams fan base aren't trying to watch us. Much like that Cavs/Spurs finals which did horrible in regards to ratings. Now we were severely undermanned but all but one player will ultimately change the outcome of the game that is Camby. Thought he would of got some burn but he didn't that offensive rebound margin was too overwhelming to overcome. Referee conspiracy or not. We didn't do what we had to do to win at the end of the day. Final note for those who love Dragic moving forward over Lowry he did no better against an elite pg with significant time. Just as Lowry did in the 03.04.2012 game.
