Yao may not be first option quality.... but really we have yet to see him really lead... a team... "only a team lead until Tmac gets back"

but I think you get some good players in the league like some solid second tier players ... I think they can do alot...

I mean really look at Wafer how he flourishes playing with Yao... to me Wafer at his best is a lower 2nd tier player...until he gets more consistant...

WTF are you talking about? Trade Yao Ming for a championship? Since when did one player take a team to the championship all by himself?

Without considering economic factors, I'd only trade Yao Ming for LBJ or Dwight Howard. If I consider economic factors, I'd only trade him for LBJ. Frankly though, I'd rather trade you, and I don't even care if it leads to championship or not.

Please lock this senseless thread and rookify the OP please.

I think CP3 is slightly overrated. The ball is stuck to him like glue. He blew the win vs. the Lakers the other night by keeping the ball on the fastbreak when he had a wide-open Posey righ tnext to him for the dunk, and after Fisher had already commited to Paul.

Trade Yao away is not the best idea, because u hardly get something better.
The best is to sign LBJ.....if the Rockets boss really willing to win the championship.

LBJ is smart, he will know how to play with Yao.
Kobe is also good, he is willing to give the ball to his teamates, and he will also take over the game when needed. However, I don't think he will leave LA.

It is hard for Yao to get championship alone...nor any other players alone...AI was close to that once...

And if you want LBJ to come, u better keep Yao.
