I think the main reason why people come up with the idea of trading T-mac is pretty obvious atm. Its all b/c of his back. Is not about YOF or whatever, but simply some are taking into consideration of Rox's future. (honestly, i think YOF would want yao to traded rather then t-mac) Anyway, I simply can't see rox trading t-mac in the near future, but thats only b/c I don't know what team would want him.
So what if KG was a post player? He's a PF not a center...he can play away from the basket anyway(the 18 footers will be there all day long). When KG posts up he'll demand double teaming too and that leaves Yao open for a pass or maybe an offensive rebound....and if not, then Yao would go the top of the key and nail the 18 footer. Come to think of it that alone makes the team better. He can also put back Yao's misses. The man can also block shots and is a very good passer... listen, like I said, TMAC is great and I wouldn't want to see him traded but if KG is available for TMAC, methinks I'd do it in heartbeat!!!!
I was at the GS game. Tmac didn't look comfortable at all. He looked just the way he does when he is playing hurt, only to a greater degree. I figured something was off before he even left the game. To say he was crying wolf isn't just unfair speculation, it runs counter to what was clearly visible to anyone who was at the game.
You are right. There is no reason we shouldnt expect 40,10 and 8 every night. Actually he did miss some shots, which is unacceptable. He needs to go for 60, 15, and 12 every game the rest of the season and into the playoffs. Of course then people will complain that he didnt go for 75, 20, and 18. I honestly think the Rox could win the championship and there would still be fire JVG and trade Tmac threads.
Me thinks your r****ded . Especially since that would give us 2 towers and no good wing players. No one would be able to penetrate and create offense for us.
