I'm of the opinion the Rockets should either swing big or not swing at all. If they make a move for one of KD/Booker/Fox, and then add Boucher on top of that? Sure. But Boucher himself is basically the difference of maybe win one extra game in the playoffs. And the Rockets are not at a point where that's worthy of giving up real assets.
Not FRPs or rotation players, absolutely. But in our situation, 2nd rounders are pretty fungible for small trades like this, aren't they?
