Only players I would trade Tmac for is: Steve Nash + Leandro Barbosa Lebron James Dwight Howard + Rashard Lewis But all these guys are off limits
You never trade either Yao or T-Mac unless you can get better in return. If you trade Yao, you have to be looking for the likes of KG, Dwight Howard, maybe Chris Bosh, which we'll never get. If it's T-Mac, your looking for Koby, nobody else can really improve the team by trading him. Bottom line is that trading away either one for any improvement is a long shot. If any team in the league believed we were shopping them around, everyone would come calling, but no one would give us what we need to improve. Look at Koby, they were looking at trading him and he's still a Laker. Realistically you're only going to trade them if you trash the season and start rebuilding.
With T-Mac? He's hitting jumpers in the 4th Quarter..Honestly I'd trade Yao before I'd trade T-Mac.. THANK GOD your not the GM............. That would be a terrible trade.. and honestly look how T-Mac has been playin this season! He's playin great
Is that your best comeback, pathetic dumbass? You make me wait 8 hours for this r****ded one liner? ROFL Oh once more, I am gonna b**** slap you to Asia, you pathetic scumbag.
a piece of advice. attacking back at people like that only gets you banned along with him. use the Report Post button if you think his actions deserve the mods notice.
This thread is a perfect reflection of the deep loyalty and harmony among Rockets fans in the BBS. The very best of YOFs/TOFs coming out of the closet to fairly express their un-biased opinions on Yao and Tmac. Lets trade both Yao and Tmac then, that way everyone will be happy. (and no, I'm not being sarcastic)
I think most of us will agree with you, Yao is at clear dissadvantage at the deffensive end speed wise and that is another reason of his many fouls, but you miss the point that a GM will never ever let a Cash Cow like Yao go away, no matter if you are promising championships. I think the only way we can trade Yao is to get back a superstar and another chinese star.
Ok buddy think about something for a second. If we trade T-Mac for Manu, and just say that do make us a better team. But heres the thing that also made SA a better team at the same time. With Duncan, Paker, and Mcgrady I don't think no team in the leauge will be able to beat that team for at lease 2 or 3 years. So what will be the point of getting Mamu? We still won't win it all or maybe not even make it out the first round. But T-Mac on the other hand will have 2 or 3 rings. So I think you should really think before you say something like that.
this is an atrocious forum topic...don't speak of those words... anyways i think the other scorer needing to step up is the franchise... we'll see...
Truly this thread defines what it means to not bringing your A game. Look it's already been said the Rockets have to unlearn old habits from JVG's day. At times they're reverted to what they know even if that old reliable isn't so old reliable. The answer isn't always trading players, sometimes we fans have to exhibit a little patience and give the process time to take effect. For the record, Ming the King's trade proposal is laughable.
