Acquiring Francis takes a HUGE load off of McGrady's shoulders. Trading him is no longer necessary as he now has Yao and now Francis to share the scoring duties with.

Hopefully, with a still-improving Yao and the added punch from Francis, McGrady will be free to be utilized like Scottie Pippen was in his prime.

bad post. kobe brings it on D in every game? yeah right. tmac plays better D than kobe.

also, you bring up D and then you use Nash in your argument which makes no sense. nash can take charges but thats all he can do on the defensive side.

No, Kobe is NOT a superstar since Shaq departed. He'll be a jerk anytime soon.

his legs do cause him back problems b/c they're UNEVEN, one is longer than the other. that's why he always used to wear some padding in his shoe.

now patterson works some magic that starts w/ his feet before progressing to his back. that's why he hasn't had a back spasm for a while.

You're not giving Lebron enough credit. He attacked the Pistons defense and play a superstar's game. He was great against the Spurs, as well. I'm not a Lebron James fan, but he's a real superstar, like Kobe or Wade and others.

TMac is not at that highest level, he is a notch below them. I consider him a definite all-star but not one of the superstar, unstoppable forces in the league.

The truth hurts thats all I can say because the article is on point tmac isn't the same player he once was his body is breaking down and his back has made his game mostly one dimensional which is jump shooting. He doesn't drive to the hole as much as he used to which made him dangerous because nobody knew if he was going to raise up and shoot over you or go past you to the hole.

Tracy was in a very unfortunate situation. unlike anyother superstar in the league. he had to be the playmaker, scorer and so on. however i'm pretty sure adelman it will change. tracy will revert back to being a scorer now. adelman will implement a game plan that will get tracy alot more effecient shots.
The offense under gundy pretty much invited triple teams on tracy. he pretty much was taking circus shots left and right due to the rigid offense. with the motion offense tracy will get alot more better shots off the ball.

Really? that's interesting! Actually I believe 80% rockets players would agree with me.

I think both Yao and Tmac did solid job in playoff, but neither of them showed superstar power. Thus, I think it is more reasonable to evaluate the whole team rather than just a single player.

Nash can't play D. McGrady is talented on the defensive side. I haven't seen a genuine consistent effort from McGrady since he guarded Nowitzki in 04. Kobe brings it every game. On D, he takes it to the rack, he doesn't shy away from contact, consistency, consistency, consistency.
