well then he'll fit right in with this bunch ;)

Morey continues to impress me with even his small moves. This basically gives you a chance to look at a guy who defends well and has some size and athleticism, without having to pay him if he doesn't make it through camp.

Very wise is our man Morey.

I swear if Morey traded a bar tab for somebody's cell phone bill, half the people in here would be discussing what position the phone bill is going to play.

I'm sure the phone bill would get the starting job.

I am a Terp fan, and while I didn't see DJ play with the Suns, I saw plenty of him at Maryland. If this move was done for cap reasons, then it makes total sense. I saw a fair amount of Singletary at Virginia, and that guy was good! (in college, at least) I wish Morey had kept him. If the Rockets retain DJ, at least we can be thankful that there aren't one-and-ones in the NBA.

Singletary was redundant with Brooks here.

If he makes the team, Strawberry gives you a different look with his size and athleticism. He'd play in spots, Ryan Bowen style, but against 1s and 2s.

Okay is this another one of those subliminal messages we are supposed to decipher?

Let me guess Bar Tab is usually more than you want to spend so that could equal Carl Landry. And somebody could stand for sign and trade. So maybe Cell Phone Bill could mean we are doing a SnT with Detroit.. Chauncey Billups for Carl Landry. Is that it? I would go for that we'd have to add Francis, Head, Deke, Hayes, Leunen, Mike Harris, Strawberry, Ewing and Brooks to make it work but that would be great.

Here's what they are saying on Phoenix board
    http://phxsuns.net/showthread.php?t=906
One poster on their board said DJ strawberry's agent wanted them to trade his client because he knew he wasn't gonna get any playing time.

hmmm after reading some posts on that Suns board, I noticed something that they were right about.. Bill Duffy is DJ's agent. He's also Yao's agent and Chuck's agent.

I remembered that when Yao did his charity event in China last summer DJ was one of the players who was invited to go, because he had the same agent as the other two.

Not that it means anything, but I just thought I would share. :)

First thing i notice, his size, and then after some background check, he got one skill that most thinks is enough to make a living in NBA, his defense.

But i cant seem to find any matchup between him and deron, if he can defend deron or at least work on deron better than what rafer call defends, i would give him a spot just for that 4 match in the league and a 7 game series.

His inability to put control the pace of the game, is quite minimal as the current rox team have tmac who controls the ball most of the time anyway.

If rondo can start for the celts, i think DJ can come off the bench for rox.

Rafer starts, need speed and shooting put in AB, need size and defense put in DJ. Any production from SF3 is pure gravy.

Harris spot is redundant, with the addition of artest.
