Stop obssess with Rubio....the guy have proven NOTHING in the NBA. He's garbage as far as i know. And to suggest giving up #2 pick for him is stupid..ESPECIALLY knowing we already have solid PGs in Aaron Brooks and Lowry.
Rubio was #5 pick last year, so trading #2 2010 for #4 2010 and #5 2009 seems like a pretty good deal. BTW, anyone bring drafted has proven NOTHING in the NBA.

If Morey can get Phili to take on, say, 1/3 to 1/2 of Brand's unbelievably bloated contract then I would support this initiative. However, gutting the team + financially screwing the organization for the foreseable future doesn't really make sense to me. Brand showed his worth while in LA but was very injury prone. His time in Phili has been kind of a very expensive joke ifyou ask me. For those of you who may remember my recent posts about mcgrady I think that Brand is kind of on the same level (overpriced crap) right now.
so then our line up would look something like this: Brooks/Lowry Martin/Taylor Turner(#2)/Ariza or Batttier Scola/Hayes Yao/? whould turner play s.f. or s.g., whould we then use ariza and battier and maybe martin as trade bait, i would like to see morey draft turner and but him at s.g. and then make a sign and trade for bosh with martin, scola, battier or ariza, hill, and 2012 knicks pick, thus this: Brooks/Lowry Turner/Taylor Battier/Buddinger Bosh/Hayes Yao/Brad Miller Use MLE ON Miller
