i can't remember how many times Swift looked lost/confused out there on the defensive end. Then he'll put up one of his r****ded "hooks" and brick. Every other game he'll throw down a monsterous dunk and we'll ignite peoples imagintation with, "look at that potential, if only JVG would start him" good riddance 'stro...
I disagree. He will break out one of these days but it just isn't gona happien if JVG is coaching him.
I was saying that throughout the whole season last year. He was putting up good numbers with Yao & T-Mac on that 5-1 West Coast trip.
"Immediate (help) is always a major thing, but sometimes it's not possible," Dawson said. "You do what you can. We're on the way. We're not there yet, but we're doing some things." He said something similiar last draft and we ended up signing Stro. Am I optimistic? No.
The answer to all your questions is easy. Does he have youtube highlight reels? The answer is: not really. I did a search for him and got 4 videos. 2 of them have nothing to do with him and the other two arn't really highlights but of him getting hit in the head by cato and a NCAA clip. Cato's DED (Deadly Elbow Drop)

Anyone interested in seeing Shane Battier's clips should just sign up at www.mysynergysports.com. You can see virtually every single play he was invovled in in all of Memphis's games last season. I've gone through a couple of his games. He doesn't have great quickness on the perimeter defensively (he's not Bruce Bowen or Ron Artest). I'm no so sure how effective he would be guarding some of the quicker 2-guards in the league. But he's an amazing team defender. Constantly moving, very alert. For a small forward, he contests a ton of shots around the basket. He appears to have quick hands and long arms as well. His ball denial, particularly on post ups, is excellent. And of course, it's known that he's amongst the league leaders in charges drawn. It's very easy to see why he's had such a drastic +/- impact on the defensive end in Memphis.
