why not just use thor? he can probably throw the ball better! no seriously, on 3rd or 4th and inches, I wish Casey would take the direct snap on a couple of them.

It might be just me, but I get the impression that the board may not like the idea. Just saying.

Where did you get that idea?

I say we make the trade and put him as our new middle LB. Could you imagine? He's 250+ pounds!!! MNF was all over that. He would have the leadership skills and just imagine what he could do for our defense? Look at Denver's defense when they had him. They're nothing like what they are now. Tebow was the only factor.

    /facepalm

That's almost as good an idea as this.

I know you are being sarcastic (I think), but your idea intrigues me. Tebow might be one heck of a LB, think about it. He is big, fast, agile, and has a non stop motor.

I can actually envision him being a pass rush specialist in a 3-4 defense. If he added about 15 more pounds, and had the right tutelage, I bet he would be fairly decent. Like you said, his motor is non-stop, and watching him on special teams, I have to admit that I was impressed with his instincts. Honestly though, I think his natural position is probably tight end. I have no idea why they continue to pimp the fact that he's a quarterback. I'm willing to bet he'd make a better blocking tight end than a lot of guys in the league, plus he can probably go up and catch the ball at a good rate.
