I would trade MoT and the pick in a second to get Rashard - it does not seem to me that the upcoming draft is extremely strong after the first five picks (I might be wrong, but that is my current impression...). I believe Kenny T is at least as good as MoT, he should come at a cheaper price, he doesn't have the baggage MoT brings (drug history, attitude (although that has not been a concern during his time in Houstn)), he is a better rebounder...

Would be great to have a lineup of

    PG Francis 36 min. / Moochie 12
    SG Mobley 38 / Francis 5 / Torres 5
    SF Lewis 38 min. / Morris 10
    PF Griffin 24 / Thomas 24
C someone good we would somehow get for Cato, Walt, Willis, Rice...I would still love to get LaFrentz.... 34 min. / Griffin 14 min.

IR: Collier, Bullard (somehow back ;))

That team would be fast, aggressive, could rebound really well from 1 to 5...great three-point shooting and shot-blocking...

Oh well, it is not a crime to dream... :).

Cato is our C. We will not go looking for anyone else, the Rockets are NOT shopping him, or even trying.

The reason he wasn't producing is because of people who say things like:

"If we could get something half-decent for Cato..."

What do you want from the guy? Recently, he's been averaging double-digit rebounds, 2blk, and when Francis runs the point, 10ppg. Are you guys not gonna let up till he averages a triple-double?(serious question)

He had a double double for about two weeks. Since, while his rebounds have stayed up, his scoring has dropped. IF he can only score 10 ppg with Francis as the starting PG than he is not a good player.

I get as mad as anyone when I go to the Rockets games and the fat suits behind me start yelling at Cato. I mean these are the same people who think Pau Gasol is greek ("damn that greek guy is good") and that the Texans are looking into drafting Joey Carr? I realize he is at least trying hard this year. But this isnt kindergarden. When you get paid $42 million dollars, trying hard isnt good enough. You have to actually be good. Cato has yet to show that consistently enough for the organization to not look into getting a better center.

    More fuel to the fire.

Mo's numbers last year projected up to KT's minutes would be 15.8 ppg and 6.67 rebounds.

I'm a Mo person. He's always dangerous. He's a guy I'd never slack off of to provide help defense. KT, I wouldn't guard him closely unless he was hot. I haven't seen many games recently, but early in the season, PFs were guarding him much too tightly.

Seeing that DaDakota changed his mind by recent play, maybe I would too, but very doubtful.

Mo has the potential to be a 20 and 10 guy, if he develops a killer instinct inside.

KT has topped out. To his credit, KT busts his ass off, but 6 ft 7 PF's are not going to do much, except for Barkley.
