If you could make that trade happen, you should be the GM. Why the F___ would Boston do that trade? For Reed? They already have a better version of him on their team.

Yeah this is a step backward for that team.

If I'm Cleveland the only thing I'm trying to do is get Lebron on a cheap come home deal and hope his leadership will be enough for that team. I mean he was alright for most of the season and then did turn up for the playoffs. All they'd need is one or two Retro Lebron games come post season to make a run.

Mobley for Brown kind of blows up that whole team and changes the idea of it completely.

really the only deadline for this is the start of free agency now and after that it's training camp.

If he's getting traded it's likely between today and next tuesday at 5:45 pm.

I'm surprised it didn't happen yesterday.

3 way trade Brown to Houston, Mobley and Strus to Boston, and KD plus the two 2027 1st round picks and the 39th and the 53rd picks to Cleveland.
It works on the ESPN NBA trade machine.

It's too bad Steven didn't stay healthy this season. I think if he'd turned in a healthy and productive year Boston might actually be a little bit tempted by that deal with only one or maybe two picks. Because Adams' value is down right now, I think they would demand 3+ draft picks to make the deal, and I'm not sure I want to give up three picks for Brown.

if we find a way to get Hartenstein from OKC, I would be so happy, with or without Alperen.

Something tells me that Brown would not want to go to The Land.

Vucevic is not a good defender but he can serve as the stretch center we need. Obviously that is 77 million in salary…. So it would need to be Sengun/FVV/Capela/DFS. Fine with me.

    Vuc
    Smith
    Durant
    Brown
    Amen

Or even moving Smith center, putting Reid in the lineup and rolling that out is a great lineup to facilitate success for amen. Not sure if Vucevic Would be adequate enough at defense to start, but he could certainly be a rotation player and we would have a lot of flexibility to give on men premier spacing for 75% of the time he’s on the court.

And the other minutes he would likely be on the court with Adams, who at least provides quality screens.
