Yeah they want to increase the rotation. I know a lot of people are insistent on a center, but that just isn't the Rockets top priority. They want a depth, possibly a wing or a 4...... and a center. We are going to see some very interesting line ups.
they got mouthpiece feigen building the "we tried, we really did, we exhausted all avenues to improve the team" narrative before they show up empty handed (w/ LTS snugly in they backpocket though)
This is not a dig at you but why increase depth/rotation when our coach has proven he runs counter to that?
Beyond obvious this will happen. Happens every year. "In the end we did our due diligence but really we like the roster we have. We made the Capela trade but didn't want to shake things up too much. Still have great flexibility for the buyout market"
I personally do not think he would mind increasing the rotation by another player or possibly two if they are actually good players that he has confidence in. Also if you believe what I have been told, the Rockets are going to try experimenting with different line ups in the second half...... the claim being that it was hard to roll out what the Rockets wanted with a center that could only play center.
"we're really pumped about our chances this postseason. it's gonna be a dogfight in the western conference for sure, but we feel really good about our chances. two mvp's"
No, I don't think that Iguodala at 37 will be a better asset........ however it was a smart trade for the Heat. However Windbag doesn't seem to get that there was a lot of interest in Winslow, as he is already a very good defender and a lot of people in the game think he can become a high end role player with a lot of value.
