    For someone who said Bobby Jackson is a better player than Mike James, go check their number for this season before speaking out.

    And Rasual Butler is a good defense player? LOL. And his FG% and 3pt% is WORSE than Rafer Alston this season.

    This is a bad deal. Jason Kidd/Gasol deals raised their respective team's confidence. We need Bonzi...Jackson and Butler will be worthless unless we get Julian Wright.

    Didn't Bobby Jackson get into a fight after Tmac bounced a ball off of Jackson's forehead. Tmac was with the Magic at the time.

    but if Jackson had been a very good backup this season all the Hornet's critics wouldn't be pointing to their bench and saying that's why they can't win it all. do we really want those players on the rockets instead?

    Its not all about stats. Even if Mike James scores, he gets his points at the expense of the team.

    If this one goes through, I guess either Mike Miller or Artest will be a Rocket. AB can be traded after we get Bobby Jackson, or Head plus expiring contracts and pikcs for Miller, there will be no log jam since Bonzi is gone.

    Stupid is as stupid does..... :confused:

    If this move does not lead to something else I think Les must own part of the Hornets and wants to see them win a title. Once that happens he'll devote his heart to the rockets.

    Jackson is a scorer, plain and simple. He's not a true backup point. They have Pargo for a reason.

    Salary dumps on divisional rivals are about as dumb as you can get.

    I have more faith in Morey then that. Maybe the rumor is wrong...or there's soemthing more to it. Straight-up, this is straight-up dumb. Fine, you want to dump salary; but why risk giving talent to teams right in your division.

    As a perfect example of this, I'd like to introduce Mr. Luis Scola.

    He is not even playing now, how can he hurt this team now?

    While if this trade goes through, Rasual Butler will sit on the bench just like Mike James, and Bobby Jackson is obviously a worse player than Bonzi Wells.

    Exact thing what I am thinking. Jackson is replacement for AB, otherwise why do we want him by giving up Bonzi's cheap contract.

    Now on another thought, maybe this is Le$ move. It seems he is eager to dump dead weight like James. Cheap azz.

    I suggest you go watch Bobby Jackson play before you say he's worse than Mike James this season. He actually hustles, plays defense, and gets others involved. Plus he's an A++ locker-room guy. Mike James is a cancer.

    Jackson is not the same. The guy relies on quickness, which fades with aging.

    He can't be any worse than what us Rockets fans have seen from the point guard position this year. Our only bright spot is Brooks. Alston has been better though.

    What's your point? He STILL hustles, plays defense, and gets others involved, like I said. He's just not nearly the scorer he used to be.

    Jackson+Vinicius(expiring)+Ely(expiring) for Bonzi+James

    then with Kings
    Brooks+Francis+Snyder+Vinicius+Ely for Artest
