Bonzi can rebound, but he is so out of shape that after about 2 minutes he is huffing and puffing and can't keep up on defense. DD
My opinion changes based upon how the players play.....my opinion of Bonzi this year is much different than it was after the Spurs series last year. Can you guys understand why that might be? DD
Because Bonzi's a effin' lazy, verbose, wanna-be star who'll never be taken seriously again now that he's been such an incredible flop in houston? trade him for a 2nd round draft pick and cash, or something. just get rid of him. there's nothing more that needs to be said about the issue. place him on the shelf with brent price and mo taylor, because even though his contract wasn't that big (like that of price and taylor), he still didn't live up to a third of his capabilities or his expectations.

Well, like every place on the earth, Texas has winter, spring, summer and fall. If DD just changes his opinions about player four times a year, I'd say that's not too many. Four times a year is acceptable.

I must admit that when I've seen Bonzi in the game's last minutes with Rafer, Tmac, Battier, and whoever, It seems like all he's doing is setting screens for Tmac and he's not really being utilized all that much. Though I did see that play (that they usually run for Yao to get him open in the post) run last night but ... ya. I uno how'd it all work out if we had him, tmac and yao in the last minutes of a close game. With that being said, I also agree that he's not 100% in shape (not even close), but I still believe he can bring things to our team. And I don't know if I'd be all that in for trading him for a backup pg. I'd like to see him a Rocket for a lil while longer.

bonzi shot is garbage..if he could shoot with the littyle post game he has he would be perfet....most god players can take any player one on one if given the chance like we give bonzi.I think megatte one on one on the low block would be better then bonzi because he would not blow the lay up or loose the ball atleast.
Its like a person is $200,000 in debt, and rather than work to pay off some of that debt, or even buy something that is necessary to sustain life, thi.s person spends their last thousand dollars on lottery tickets that yield 0 dollars. That's what Bonzi has been for the Rockets... Sure I feel a little bitter about it because I love the Rockets. I've stuck with them for 14 years now. I feel like the only thing he's really done is hurt the team. ... its not too late to swap him (and whatever else) for Chucky Atkins.
