Bingo, that is Chase Novak, wants no part of contact on Defense or Offense and his hops go to waste because he doesn't want to get into the paint to rebound. If he's not hitting the 3 then it's a wrap. No rebounding or stops on D.
You guys might be anxious to have Battier traded now but his value in February as an expiring contract willl be more valuable than him as a player now. If we have a record below or around .500 in February he will be moved most definitely. If the Rockets have a huge turnaround and Yao is playing consistently, we might just have to learn to deal with Battier a little bit longer.
I cant post polls but someone should start one asking who is/was the better defender? novak or budinger? another one separate of that saying 'besides tomjanovich/yao who/is the best white defender in rockets history? novak maloney budinger piatkowski david wood :grin:

Thats why you trade him for a upgrade who can pl;ay defense and offense as well. I know some of you expect Morey to get another one dimensional player but they do exist. Guys who can do both.
