TMAC and YAO MING have to stop turning the ball over !!!!!

Why are Roxs ball handlers choking these 2 games!!! Take care of the ball god.

Tmac 0/4 from 3arc again!!! what is wrong? Tmac definitely needs to practice his shots. And Rafer, why has he disappeared since the Mavs game???

Every body support Battier!!!! He and Yao are the only 2 consistent players on our roster!!! And I believe Vspan is Mr Consistent no.3 for this team so we need to play him from time to time!!!!! JVG please hear me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You have to be dumb.. Vspan is not consistent. Yao is far from consistent.. he needs to score 30+ like he did against the Mavs every game.

When vspan stops consistently turning over the ball he'll get more playing time. I believe he'll be a star in time, but he's still got a learning curve ahead of him.

And I think Tmac may have turned the corner tonight. Not great, but he's starting to get back to the Tmac we were all excited about getting when we traded Stevie Franchise.

I still love T-Mac, and it's just depressing seeing him like this as a huge Rockets fan. I can only hope that he returns to full form ASAP, because as great as Yao and much of our supporting cast is becoming, this team is still going only as far as McGrady will take us.

I have a lot of faith, though. (Partially because I have to as a Rockets fan :p ). And I know it's not uncommon for McGrady to start the season slow. So I'm willing to be patient.

    He'll come around.

If you look at mcgrady's foul shot, you see signs of relieve because i think he gained confidence with his shot by making foul shots, and many of his foul shot today has good arc and touches nth but net.

However, his eyes still shows a poor body language. It looks as if hes depressed and sleepy, anything but a confident look.

I am glad that Tracy Mc Grady is on our team and not on any other one!!
His game is showing a slight improvement and should be expected to find his complete game within a week or two at the most:-
    TRACY Mc Grady Performance Stats:-
GAME FG% PTS FT% RBS STLS ASTS
    ONE 33% 25 61% 5 3 9
    TWO 36% 8 0% 3 0 4
    THREE 33% 14 80% 7 2 7
    FOUR 40% 19 78% 9 2 4
During the last two games his free throw shooting looks like it's back on track and only his shot selection and accuracy is now in question.

Olajuwon never averaged 30 points a game in the regular season but he did do it in the 1994 - 1995 Post season. Check out his stats in 22 post games...

    PPG RPG BPG SPG APG
    33.0 10.3 2.8 1.2 4.5

Now thats consisteny...(Man Olajuwon does not recieve as much recognition and props as he deserves)

What's up with the bold red font and exclamation marks vspann77?

I agree too that Yao needs some consistency, and consistency is not just about putting up more than 30 points every night out.

He's improving in that area, but I think he could use more work. What he needs to be consistent in, is his aggressiveness in establishing position and demanding for the ball. IMO, right now, he's still not at the stage where he does that consistently, every play, every night out yet.

When he learns to do that, he'll have a much easier time with his shots and moves, and even for our ballhandlers to get him the ball.

though T-Mac is not yet the T-mac we want him to be, but i believe he will come back to normal, if not, it will be a major disaster for the Rox, The Rox need super performences from Yao n T-mac to get the ring :)

T-mac is my favorite player, and we all know that he is far from our expectations now, bearing so many criticisms after every game. Feel very sad to see him struggling like that, but i still believe that he will come around, so please give him some more time. Also I think JVG's adaptability on the court is so bad and he should bear the biggest responsibility on the losing games. Cannot understand why he player Pagget instead of Novak or Vspan. He should give those young players more playing time. I really hate JVG!!!

from what i have seen the first 4 games....

    1. t-mac is jumping forward on all his three point attempts...and the shot is going long...he shoots them better when he shoots them straight up or fades alittle

    2. his timing on his free throw shooting seems off...sometimes he rushes...and 90% when he does he misses it.....when he seems to slow down and take his time..he makes them.....

I wonder if he is not feeling as strong as he used to when shooting 3s...he used to have a very easy smooth stroke..as if it was nothing to reach the rim, and now it seems he feels he has to add alittle more muscle to the shot.
