SNL will be back. Everytime people write it off, it always comes back. Morgan will be missed though. Especially BRIAN FELLOWS
Oh the memories ... Rocket I'm taking a rocket. I'm packing my suitcase Hey, look out, Moon! Yeah, a rocket into outer space. Goodbye, human race I'll be there soon. Blast off! For fun and adventure. Yes, I said adventure collecting stones. Yeah, it's my way on the ol' space highway. That's why they all say "There goes Astronaut Jones!" Hey!" http://snltranscripts.jt.org http://snltranscripts.jt.org/02/02tjones.phtml
I dunno. I think he's funny, but there's always been something about him that irked me. Either way, he was still funny and I'll miss him. I love when Morgan, Kattan, Sanz and that other guy are singing the Christmas song. They crack me up.
Didn't he lose a lot of weight? Some of the earlier shows he was a porker then later on he's in great shape.
His sense of humor was sometimes too extreme for me, but I loved some of his roles that he played. I remember one particular episode where Chris Rock guest starred and they did a skit where they both played ghetto law attorneys doing a commercial. I don't remember what it was, but something about the catchphrase they used cracked me up more then a quadropalegic girl trying to hold a chinadoll.
Ditto. He was good at setting stuff up, but half the time his punch-line was weak(though not sure if thats his fault or the writers...). His facial expressions are great though, on par with Will Ferrel. imho.
It was the writers. Tracy was one of many under used cast members. They seem to pick and choose which cast members they want to "push" and which ones they want to hold back. Pushing Will Ferrell = good. Pushing Jimmy Fallon = not good.
Heh, I had just downloaded the Brian Fellows and Astronaut Jones theme songs the other day! My favorite Brian Fellows was when he had that snake on there. It was something like... Brian: "Where's that snakes arms at?" Trainer: "Actually, snakes don't have arms. They crawl" Brian: "Naw, I bet he's hiding 'em behind his back so he could sucker punch me!" Then he imagined the snake saying, "You're right Brian, I do have arms! But I'm not gonna punch you. I'm gonna punch your MOM!"
"NO! You leave my mama alone!!!!" Which animal married his mom?? My wife will be pumped to know that Tracy is getting his own show...we're both big fans...
his take off from Judge Mathis was INSANE "yea. . . she got the Cadunk ca dunk dunk" [Where do you fine those scripts . . or do you guys just have great memories?] Rocket River
He is NOT 28, I've been knowing Tracy for over 10 years and he has had a wife and kids since I've known him. He was a dirt poor NY comic before SNL came along, now he is "Tracy Morgan". Great guy and family man. Kattan and I have worked together on a Fox pilot that aired but didn't get picked up. I thought he was gay back then, didn't matter he made me laugh! I am envious of the two but happy for them because they are great human beings... ...I'll be on "Premium Blend" tonight, hell maybe they'll see me and say some nice stuff.
Hey, maybe I'll watch it if there's nothing else on. Seriously, do you guys know if any infommercials will be on?!?! Don't worry, I'll say good things about you, if the priceis right of course.
